The content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are the property of "Will They Pay" or its licensors. By submitting content to the platform, you grant "Will They Pay" a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our discretion. Termination of your account may result in the loss of access to certain features and content.

Will They Pay provides the platform and makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or reliability. In no event shall "Will They Pay" be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.

1. Eligibility This campaign is open to UK-registered businesses only. Participants must be authorised representatives of their company. 2. Offer Details The first 100 verified businesses to complete all campaign requirements will receive a £30 reward. 3. How to Qualify To be eligible for the £30 reward, users must: • Sign up for a free account at WillTheyPay.co.uk • Leave one genuine and constructive review about a company they’ve worked with • Provide proof of work, such as a purchase order, invoice, or job confirmation • Complete all sections of their business profile, including: o Company logo o Business description o Contact information • Ensure the reviewed company can be contacted and verified 4. Verification All submissions will be reviewed by the Will They Pay team. Rewards will only be issued once: • The review is verified as genuine • Proof of engagement is accepted • The company profile is fully completed 5. Reward Payment Successful participants will receive their £30 via bank transfer or digital voucher within 14 working days of approval. 6. Limitations • One reward per business • Will They Pay reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, false, or unverifiable entries • This campaign is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions 7. Campaign Duration The campaign will run until 100 qualified submissions have been approved. 8. How to Enter To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the following steps: 1. Follow Will They Pay on LinkedIn. 2. Tag 5 business connections in the official giveaway post. 3. Share your review on LinkedIn. 4. Open a free Will They Pay account and submit at least one verified review. 3. Bonus Entry • Businesses that upload their company logo during sign-up will receive one additional entry into the prize draw. 4. Visibility Benefit • Every verified review submitted will automatically feature in our Trending Businesses Spotlight, giving your business added visibility to our community. 5. Qualifying Condition • The prize draw will only take place if a minimum of 300 verified reviews are submitted on Will They Pay by the closing date. • If fewer than 300 reviews are submitted, the prize draw will be postponed until the threshold is reached. 6. Prize Details • One winner will receive a £500 cash prize. • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries once the 300-review threshold is achieved. • The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. 7. Closing Date • The giveaway closes on 31st October 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT. • The winner will be announced within 14 days of the draw via LinkedIn and direct email. 8. Winner Notification • The winner will be contacted via the email address registered with their Will They Pay account. • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Will They Pay reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 9.
